Smith—a USF MFA graduate who’s participated in St. Pete’s Shine mural event, showcased her works at the HCC’s Morean Art Gallery and been featured on WEDU PBS’s “Arts Plus”—is on a mission is to “create a culture and connection to African-American art that incubates an awareness and appreciation for all art forms.”
