“Dear Dream Momma, In my dream I feel a hair in my mouth, and I begin to remove it, but it turns into a never-ending cord of hair. There are usually between maybe ten strands and, oh, two dozen of them. I pull it out of my mouth with both hands, alternating them like a magician with scarves. I'm puzzled and slightly distressed: I'm aware it's ODD. I've never been able to find the end of the hair, because I wake up.”
Dear Dreamer,
The dream is conveying an important element of your self-identity and that is your untapped creativity. The mouth is connected to life forces and energy. The throat symbolizes conception and is linked to the Muse of Poetry. Hair represents energy too, also magical power.
So let’s put all of these symbols and connections together. Dream Momma believes you are in the process of pulling up your creative life force, which of course, is never-ending. The dream is telling you there is a great deal of unconscious energy about this as you don’t stop or slow down. The number 24 is a lucky number so she also believes you will eventually succeed in your goal that may be connected to poetry in some fashion.
