
Vanessa Autrey, author of “The Art of Balancing Burnout,” will be leading a restorative yoga session at Tombolo Books on Saturday, Feb. 5th at 9 a.m.
After struggling with health issues due to burnout, Autrey immersed herself in her yoga practices and philosophy and was able to narrow down practices and philosophies that helped her find balance.
“I was burnt-out, running on fumes—and yoga has helped bring me back to life,” Autrey said. She’ll lead the yoga session and sign books afterwards. Bring your own mat and towel.
