Ruth Eckerd Hall announced today that it scored an exclusive Tampa Bay area concert with The Beach Boys on Fri., April 15 , at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale this Friday, Nov. 12, at noon. Beloved by audiophiles for their groundbreaking Pet Sounds album and everyone else for classics Surfin' USA, California Girls and Wouldn't It Be Nice, the reincarnated lineup includes original members Mike Love and Bruce Johnston (picture, right). No word yet of anyone else. 2011 marks the 50th anniversary of the band.
