Last night brought us the 63rd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, and host Jane Lynch of Glee was a hit — one of the best women hosts we've seen in a while (when was the last time a woman hosted?), adding her signature wit, charm and sass. The show itself offered a few surprises along with the usual snafus, glitches awkward stumbles and "What the hell are they wearing?" moments. People were well-behaved for the most part. Even Charlie Sheen was polite, wishing new Two and a Half Men star Ashton Kutcher well as his replacement.
Maybe we have Best of the Bay on the brain, but it just seemed fitting to share some best of's from last night, and some lists from other online sources.
