There aren’t too many places you can go in Tampa with a focus on upscale urban entertainment, but Mocha Browns sprinkles a cool dash of arts and culture with coffee drinks, open mics, variety shows, movie screenings, panel discussions and live jazz and neo-soul. Just look at the photos on Facebook and you’ll see some good-looking people having a really good time. Every second Sunday of the month the club opens from 5 to 9:30 p.m. for “Sunday Play Day” hosted by Keisha Pickett of “Black in the Bay.” 428 W.
