If you've been paying attention to the Bucs at all this off-season, you probably saw this one coming. The Bucs let out word today that they would not be resigning QB Jeff Garcia.
Again, not all that shocking. And yes, Garcia deserves better. Still, did you really ecpect the rebuilding Bucs to hang on to a player who has first-hand knowledge of the Battle of 1812?
