It’s just a 45-minute drive from Tampa to Masaryktown in Hernando County, and the view when you get to the Harvest Moon Fun Farm will be more than worth it each weekend this month for the Sunflower Festival.

In addition to the regular attractions (gem mining, pedal cars, petting farm, more), admission gets you access to maze-like paths lined with sunflowers and zinnias.
Bring your own vase and shears (or buy some when you get there), and never pull a flower from the ground.

And yes, the farm sells beer and wine.

Kids two years old and under get in free.

Harvest Moon Fun Farm’s Sunflower Festival happens in Brookeville on Saturdays and Sundays in May, and tickets are $13.95 & up.
