Last weekend's Daft Punk Rock Prom at Czar nightclub in Ybor City brought new meaning to prom dresses, balloons, dirty dancing and oversized martinis. This certainly wasn't your typical prom.
The Party: DJs Rig and Noi hosted the Daft Punk Rock Prom at Czar, 1420 E. 7th Ave., Ybor City. Costumes ranged from futuristic glow sticks to '80s prom dresses to silver booty shorts. Cover was $10 for couples and $7 stag.
Couple of the Prom: Shane Ragiel and boyfriend Christopher Long slow dancing. There matching glow stick costumes were amazing. (See photos below.)
Ladies of the Prom: Sisters Ashley and Megan Linebaugh are my pick for hotties of the prom. They're hot, sassy and know how to have fun. (See them in the photo gallery, below.)
Best Moment: The best moment of the night was when a limbo party with a feather boa broke out in the middle of the dance floor. I'm not sure what provoked the limbo extravaganza, but it was rather entertaining.
