Though he may not be able to get you high when he’s here (even though it will be a Friday, and you might not have shit to do), but Chris Tucker will be coming to the Mahaffey Theater November 29 at 8 p.m. as part of his new comedy tour.
His appearance in St. Petersburg will be his first since 2012, which took place at the Mahaffey as well.
Tucker has been pretty inactive as an actor recently, with his most recent appearance coming in 2016 in Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk (yeah, it doesn’t seem like a Chris Tucker movie to me either, but what do I know).
He has a history of being flakey in St. Pete, as in December 2010 he pushed back his performance to May 2011. Hopefully he sticks to his word on this one.
Tickets will be made available Friday, October 4 at 10 a.m. Prices are expected to range from $39.50-$79.50.
