According to TMZ.com, famed producer and "Rocker of New Years Eve" has passed away of a heart attack in St. John's hospital in L.A.
This is TMZ so take everything with a grain of salt.
He was 82. (or he still IS 82…time will really tell on this one.)
UPDATE: Well, it looks like the rest of the world is calling it so we will too. Dick Clark has passed away at the ripe old age of 82. Your perpetual good looks will live on forever and we would like to apologize in advance for not liking your creepily animated hologram making an appearance this New Years Eve.
