Many say that Tampa's sparkly historic gem of a theater is haunted, so in keeping with the Halloween spirit(s), Tampa Theatre presents its History and Haunts Tour, an exploration that blends the 84-year-old theater's expansive history with tales of the paranormal experienced by staff and guests over the years.

The tour includes a creepy concert on the Mighty Wurlitzer Theatre Organ, as well as a special audio-visual presentation containing historic photos as well as what Tampa Theatre folks claim is spectral evidence (photos, electronic voice phenomenon, etc.).

11 a.m.-1 p.m. Tampa Theatre, 711 N Franklin St., Tampa. $10, $5 for Tampa Theatre members. Since the tour includes the frank discussion of ghosts and paranormal phenomenon, children under 13 are strongly discouraged. Call 813-274-8981.

Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, the vocal act that made a splash in the late ’90s with hits like "1st of tha Month" and "Tha Crossroads" is still at it, believe it or not — though they did take a break and stopped recording for nearly five years. This tour, Krayzie Bone, Layzie Bone, Wish Bone and Flesh-n-Bone are backed by a full live band and support an eighth studio album, Uni5: The World's Enemy, though they’ll be performing all of their “classics” in addition to the newer fare. Doors open at 7 p.m., at the State Theatre, 687 Central Ave., St. Petersburg. $22. Call 727-895-3045. (Contributed by Leilani Polk.)
