SATURDAY & SUNDAY: Two music festivals with grassroots appeal serenade audiences this weekend. Safety Harbor SongFest — a fundraiser for the still-not-open-yet Safety Harbor Arts and Music Center, aka SHAMc — celebrates its third year with an exciting 20-act lineup on two stages situated in the city’s waterfront park. Cheap Trick frontman Robin Zander and multi-instrumental Chicago bluesman Otis Taylor headline on Saturday, while folk-rock singer-songwriter Shawn Mullins, country music duo Love and Theft and cellist/composer Ben Sollee lead Sunday’s festivities.
