If you like to mix it up, head to St. Pete’s Studio@620 this weekend. First up on Thursday and Friday is the return of Miniature Curiosa’s Moon City, a puppet theater spectacle in which DIY landscapes, live-projection technology and a disarming narrative follow one man’s efforts to build a fantasyland inside a swamp. Then, on Saturday, an all-star team of local talent plays Synesthesia. During the day, artists will take inspiration from works in other genres — a story may inspire a dance may spark a song may prompt a play — and in the evening they’ll share the cross-pollinated results with the public. Participants include actors Becca McCoy, Elizabeth Brincklow, Vickie Daignault, Jim Rayfield, Lisa Powers Tricomi, and Jim Wicker; dancers Helen Hansen French and Paula Kramer; visual artists Carrie Jadus, James Oleson, Zulu Painter and photographer Tom Kramer; poet Maureen McDole of Keep St Pete Lit and her daughter Lily; songwriter Jonathan Cho, sound designer Matt Cowley, playwright Sheila Cowley, the polymathic Bob Devin Jones and movement artist Banks Helfrich.

Moon City, Thurs.-Fri., March 24-25, 7 p.m., $15-$10. Synesthesia, Sat., March 26, 8 p.m., $10. Studio@620, 620 First Ave. S., St. Petersburg, 727-895-6620, thestudioat620.org.
