Here’s how the night works: $10 gets you 10 bingo cards. You play bingo. If you want, you take part in a 50/50 raffle. Maybe you win at both or either of these; maybe you don’t. Either way, the animals win because all the proceeds benefit the SPCA Tampa Bay.
