Across Tampa Bay, kids and their parents took to the streets in search of treats on Halloween night, but as usual all the true freaks and ghouls headed to Ybor City.  Of course, we saw the typical bad cops, angels, demons, sailors and aliens strutting up and down Seventh Avenue, but so did Sesame Street characters, “The Sperm,” and one guy who was not only dressed as Spider-Man  but packing serious heat in his spidey-pants.
