Local artists will be displaying their fine arts and creations at Mocha Vida Café, the new rainforest surf café in St Petersburg, for the Mocha Vida Café Art Experience on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2-7 p.m.
BC Woo, known as the "fish guy" and owner of Gallery Woo and St Pete’s best nature artist will be painting live. Eco-artist, Vince Anthony the multimedia sculptor, Kim Weekly with her distinctive Nova Scotian beach glass jewelry, Gulfport’s Doug D’Souza’s bronze and silver handcrafted jewelry, and many other local artists will be featuring their creations.
The cafe will be offering a special, struggling artist 15-percent discount on all coffees, teas, organic cookies, and gourmet chocolates.
Gourmet crepes, quiche, and Belgian waffles will also be sold during the event to kick off the new menu available at Mocha Vida Cafe, 110468 Roosevelt Blvd. N, Gateway Crossing Plaza, St. Petersburg. 727-656-8275.mochavida.com.
