Tampa Heights’ Oceanic Market block gets two art shows in one night when wildstyle graffiti innovator Part One — who is a street art veteran from the golden years of New York City subway painting — brings a Tampa Meets Broadway exhibition to the the new Mergeculture gallery, all while SHINE St. Petersburg Mural Festival alum TASKO presents his work on canvas at Café Hey just two doors away.
