It's DIY or die tonight when Tampa Zine Fest brings its sixth edition to east Tampa where more than 30 zine publishers, musicians, vendors and even Uncle Mince's World Famous Seitan (translation: vegan sandos) will be at Transitions buying, sharing and trading their wares.
