With the uncertainty of Hurricane Irma, we're keeping abreast of local events. 

Right now, we know the following venues are closed and listed events are canceled:

American Stage: All programming through Sept. 10.

Coast Bike Share: All Tampa Bay locations from Sept. 8, 5 p.m. until further notice.

Dunedin Fine Art Center: Through Sept. 11.

Eckerd College: All events, until further notice.

Florida Holocaust Museum: Through Sept. 11. In addition, they've canceled:

  • Frank Meeink talk — A former skinhead speaks out (scheduled at Eckerd College)
  • Opening reception with Keep St. Pete Lit for The Holocaust and the Book of Fire: Sept. 9

Morean Arts Center, Center for Clay and glass studio/hot shop: Through Sept. 12; Chihuly Collection: Sept. 9-11. In addition, they've canceled:

The Guys at Ruth Eckerd Hall: Sept. 8 and 11

The Straz: All programming through Sept. 11

In St. Pete, the trolleys will not run for Second Saturday ArtWalk and the following events will not take place:

  • Conversations in Art+Innovations with Nobuho Nagasawa: Sept. 7 and 9
  • Art of Remembrance Day of Service Honoring 9/11 (Veterans Art Center of Tampa Bay): Sept. 9

St. Petersburg Museum of History: Through Sept. 11.

St. Petersburg Parks and Rec: All programs and facilities through Sept. 10 at noon.

Stetson: Through Sept. 11.

USF St. Pete and Sarasota: Through Sept. 11.
