Guess what everyone? Kate Gosselin wants you to know how normal she is and just how much she loves her kids — again. Although I am definitely on team Kate, the two-hour Kate Plus 8 and Inside Kate's World specials were nothing unexpected. Kate planned an over the top trip to Orlando complete with a very heavily plugged Discovery Cove trip and reminded us constantly that she is now a single mom and is sans Jon. I thought seeing Kate and the kids without Jon would be great, but I must admit I miss him a little bit. I miss his ridiculous amounts of Ed Hardy, his larger than life rhinestone earrings, and his complete disregard for anything Kate says. Only time will tell if Kate Plus 8 can fully satisfy my Jon and Kate Plus 8 addiction, but for now it will have to do. I want to know what you think, after this premiere without Jon — do you miss him, or is Kate and her 8 enough?
