If you're in the vicinity of the Tampa Convention Center tonight, you may feel the urge to boogie-oogie-oogie. That's one potential effect of the rotating mirror balls that artist Chris Doyle has hung from the Center and from nearby palm trees for Lights On Tampa 2009. He's doing a test run tonight; his installation and a raft of related projects mostly in the Channelside area (including a giant mood ring) will make their official debut on Saturday night.
