Back for its second year, Good Enough Film's Halloweentime Spooktacular Screamfest has invited filmmakers to submit 3-5 minute short films that'll be screened between 10 p.m. and midnight. Last year's event featured films that ranged from professional grade to homemade, but all of it was a creepy, cult-y good time. Free to attend, and costumes are encouraged.
