Florida’s a textbook case in invasive species, from the pythons swallowing gators in the ‘glades to the Brazilian pepper tree that will not go away in your yard. The weekly Master Gardener Plant Clinic and Series at the Palm Harbor library offers you insight into your most vexing landscape problems. For the four hour workshop, feel free to bring samples along with your questions, and in the lecture that follows, a master gardener will offer insight into invasive plant species (sorry, guys, looks like you’re on your own with all those pythons). The class requires pre-registration but it is free, and the master gardeners (specially trained in accordance with guidelines from the American Horticultural Society, also known as plant gurus) can answer your questions.
