MFA graduates' Starting Fires heats up USF's Contemporary Art Museum

University of South Florida’s Contemporary Art Museum was packed Friday night as they held the opening reception for their new exhibition Starting Fires.

Every year at around this time, CAM features the Master’s Final Project works of Masters of Fine Arts candidates within the USF School of Art and Art History.

The annual show is an important part of the graduating MFA students’ experience, allowing them to display their work to family, faculty and the general public in a professional museum setting.

This year, works were included by Robb Fladry, Ryan Foster, Zak Hemsteger, Lin Li, Francis Marquez, Justin Martin, Bruce Monroe, Daniel Moore, Ellen Mueller, Chris Otten and Jordi Williams.
