
Get ready for the Great-White-North mock-reality TV sensation that's become a cult fave for Americans who troll the Internet for oddball comedy. Canada's Trailer Park Boys make a stop at Tampa Theatre for the Ricky, Julian and Bubbles' Drunk, High and Unemployed Tour.
Creator/director Mike Clattenburg, Trailer Park Boys began the phenomenon with a short film starring John Paul Tremblay (Julian) and Robb Wells (Ricky) which debuted to rave reviews at the 1999 Atlantic Film Festival. In the film and ensuing TV shows, a camera crew chronicles the boys’ adventures living in the Sunnyvale trailer park in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
