A wise man once said, โThereโs two kinds of people: Greeks, and everybody else who wish they was Greek.โ Both unite this weekend at Clearwater Greekfest, one of Pinellas Countyโs longest-running festivals.
The three-day celebration includes folk dancing and music, silent auctions, sweepstakes and, of course, food.
Somebodyโs yaya is cooking up gyros, souvlaki sandwiches and sticks, spanakopita, pastitsio, loukoumathes, baklava sundaes, frappes and more. Donโt eat meat? Thatโs ok, theyโll have lamb (and plenty of real veg options).
Come hungry, leave because you need to go put Windex on your face.
