For nearly 70 years, PARC has been quietly providing opportunities for children and adults with developmental disabilities to exercise their independence and experience life to the fullest. More than 800 clients get to experience over 40 different programs at the nonprofit, and this family-friendly craft and craft beer carnival will help add money to the coffers.
