Once again, a ticket to Dunedin Fine Art Center’s Wearable Art show was hard to find. For the last 20 years, the Pinellas institution has totally blurred the lines between fashion and art, leaning hard into the latter to push the boundaries of what the human body can achieve when it becomes a canvas. At yet another sold-out installation last Saturday, DFAC welcomed lucky ticket holders as they marveled over looks from Wearable Art mainstays (like Olga Saretsky of Kikimora Studio) and newcomers like Tampa native Chase Parker, who five years ago gave up his 19-year career as a hairstylist to pursue his artwork full-time. Look below to see every look from Dunedin Fine Art Center’s Wearable Art 20.
