We all may be suffering from Project Runway withdrawals after a week with no new designs to be judged, but fear not, I am here for you. David and I had the pleasure of sitting down with Tampa designer and Project Runway Season 7 contestant, Ben Chmura, to chat about the season so far and his experience at Fashion Week.
I have to say that, outside of the fact that I am entirely biased because I live here and I am just stoked to have a reality contestant from Tampa who isn't getting arrested and acting like a fool, Ben is seriously a delight. David and I got to talk to him about the infamous "ass flap" thanks to Ping Wu, as well as the dreaded Campell's Soup challenge, his favorite challenge and more info about designs we have seen on the runway this season. Ben also dishes about the behind-the-scenes fun. Ever wonder who is singing show tunes? Doing Bible readings? Overloading on caffeine? Talking even more shit than we have seen on the show?
