During the second Saturday of each month, art galleries and studios throughout The ‘Burg open their doors to the public, giving participants an intimate look at the creative processes and in-progress works of dozens of local artists.

A collaboration between the Central Arts District, Grand Central District, Warehouse Arts District, Uptown Arts District and downtown Waterfront District, art-lovers of St. Pete can often enjoy the opening night of different exhibitions or chat with artists themselves during the city-wide, free-to-attend Second Saturday Art Walk.

The next installment of this monthly art walk happens on Saturday, July 8 from 5 p.m.-9 p.m.

For some venues, this is the only time the public is allowed in certain private studios. A detailed map of all participating galleries and districts can be found on the St. Pete Art Alliance website.

You can also head to The Factory after next Saturday’s art walk to enjoy a screening of the 1994 film “Pulp Fiction,” which is free to attend with purchase of a drink, or $2 without a drink.
