On the same weekend as the globally recognized Skatepark of Tampa Pro competition, art, music and more came together at St. Pete's Bloom Art Center to celebrate the 30th anniversary of artist Jim Phillips, Sr.'s "screaming hand" logo and its inextricable association with both Santa Cruz Skateboards and skate culture at large.
