It's all Greek to us… and that's a good thing. At the 34th annual St. George Greek Festival (it's family-friendly), taste Greek food, dance to Greek music and enjoy the carnival. There's a midway with rides, and — although we'd prefer the Greek food ourselves — they'll have fair food as well (I wonder, how do you make moussaka fair food? Deep fry it? Smother it in cheese? Nah, it's perfect all on its own).

The non-fair-style food — includes dolmades, baklava and gyros, and of course you can get Greek coffee and Greek beer.

As for the non-food fun, there's a vendor village, pony rides and lectures and demos from world-renowned iconographer Elias Damianakis each day at 2 p.m. Saturday, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., come get a free Safe Kids Total ID System from the Pasco County Sheriff's Office.
