Bookstores and pole dancing studios don’t usually mix, but anything goes in the biggest romance book boom of all time.

To celebrate Impulse Studios’ sweet 16, St. Pete bookseller Pages & Perks will be among the poles for a daytime “Booty, Books & Bubbles” party that includes “booty-rific class fun,” raffles, and spicy reads.

About six miles south of Impulse, Pages & Perks plans to open its brick-and-mortar location in Historic Roser Park this summer. The store will be family-friendly and offer local wine, beer, and mocktails.

Tickets are $25 for Booty, Books + Bubbles Party happening Saturday, May 23 at Impulse Studios in Saint Petersburg
