Think of it as Indiana Jones and the Temple of Stray Animals. The 4th Annual Quest for the Emerald Paw returns with its "save the animals" scavenger hunt that benefits Friends of Strays. The hunt starts at Friends of Strays and takes teams through St. Petersburg as they hunt for clues that will bring them to their final destination. Check in at FoS and choose a team name from the names of adoptable animals who live at the shelter. This isn't a timed event; rather, your team earns points (you can get extra spirit points, too). Your entry fee gets you a T-shirt, a drink ticket for the celebratory party and the endless warm fuzzy feeling you get from helping animals.
