The St. Petersburg Museum of History is celebrating its 100th anniversary with “Cocktails on the Court” at the city’s Shuffleboard Club, 559 Mirror Lake Dr. N, on Saturday, Oct. 16.
The 1920s prohibition-themed party starts at 7 p.m. featuring a fashion show, art demonstration, and live music from the area’s hardest working band The Black Honkeys. There’s also, of course, shuffleboard plus a “not-so-silent” auction, so bring spending money.
Presale tickets for $75 (or $90 at the door) get you unlimited Florida fare and drinks. Museum members get a 10% discount. A VIP sponsorship ($1,000) gets four people in with your very own private court.
