In a sure sign that motherfuckers are itching to get out and about, a play about the history of Shakespeare managed to sell out three weekends since opening on April 7. Jokes aside, Jobsite Theater’s full-length Shakespeare productions have been some of the company’s best-attended gigs since 2002. Plus the quality of the production—featuring music from local savant and Florida Bjorkestra maestro Jeremy Doglass—has driven audiences to downtown Tampa’s David A. Straz Center for a bard-rockin’ time that’s recently been extended through this weekend with performances on Friday and Sunday.

Jobsite, like the rest of the Straz center, is still operating at limited capacity with health screenings and contract tracing consent all baked into a ticket purchase. The show runs 125 minutes, including a 20-minute intermission.

Friday, April 30 (8 p.m.) and Sunday, May 2 (4 p.m.) $35.50 & up. Jobsite Theater at David A. Straz Center for the Performing Arts. 1010 N Macinnes Pl, Tampa. strazcenter.org
