One evening last summer, on a steamy Ybor City sidewalk, kindred spirits Jen Bruckman and Jaime Laukhuf (Jaime Z aka bLuE), once again found themselves catching up with each other's lives. Getting reacquainted had become an annual event and it seemed that fate was demanding that their lives be thrown together.
Both Jen and bLuE have long term love affairs with the Tampa Bay arts community and are multi talented artists in their own rights. And both are irate that Tampa is considered "flyover country" by most talent and management agencies. Thus was born "Talls and Smallz Productions" (Jen is 5' 10" and bLuE is 4' 10"). The purpose of the company is to bring a diversity of up and coming artists, performers, and bands to the local Tampa scene and beyond, while providing a platform to showcase and perform their talents.
