The Fringe Festival’s opening-night open mic brought a tight-knit group of performers (about a dozen) to New World Brewery (aka Fringe Central) Thursday night. Most of the audience consisted of the performers themselves. They played to each other and vied for the attentions of those drinking in the beer garden.
