NY/LA Production, a nonprofit, woman-centric creative agency founded by Nyla Hazratjee, presents this celebration of Muslim women including short films, dance, and spoken word.
Iman Zawahryโs โI Am From Palestine,โ Sara Rangooniโs โLeveled,โ and Rashad Mubarakโs “Claraโs Fruitโ will be screened, along with a spoken-word performance by Sam Obeid.
Dancers include the University of South Floridaโs Bulls Dabke troupe, ballerina Reham El-Hennawey and traditional South Asian/fusion hip-hop artists Zara & Anannya Khan.
