The show won’t pack the pressure of the recent, first-ever Monster Jam World Finals at Orlando’s Camping World Stadium, but monster truck drivers are set to send 12,000-pound vehicles (and smaller ATVs & UTVs) around the track — and through the air during a freestyle competition — when Amalie Arena hosts the Monster Jam tour.
Head-to-head and timed racing is on the agenda along with a donut session and two-wheel skills challenge. You might not know what “power out,” “stoppie” or “sky and slap wheelies” are, but you can bet they all look pretty fun when you see it in person with an $8 Budweiser in your hand. A pre-contest pit party is only $15 extra and starts at 10:30 a.m.
