Calling all yogis and those in need of a little serene stretching with a giant tank of fish. Pose by Pose Yoga is holding a "Flow with the Fishes" yoga class at The Florida Aquarium on Sunday, Feb. 23.

Make sure to arrive between 8 a.m.-8:30 a.m. to claim a spot with prime views of the tank filled with swimming creatures ready to watch you hit the goddess pose until 9:30 a.m. (when the class ends.) After savasana wraps up, attendees are invited to explore the aquarium's exhibits featuring 14,000 animals, catch a film in the 4-D theater or grab a beer at the revamped bar

Just a heads up, this is an adult-only yoga class—so that means you can have your sitter drop off the kids afterward. Don't forget to bring your own mat and your reusable water bottle.

All proceeds from Flow with the Fishes support The Florida Aquarium’s environmental conservation efforts, which protect and restore our blue planet. Tickets are $25 for aquarium members and $30 for non-members. All levels are welcome. Events like these at The Florida Aquarium tend to sell out quickly, so don't sleep on getting your tickets via flaquarium.org.

The Florida Aquarium is located at 701 Channelside Dr. in Tampa.
