Tickets for the Old Seminole Heights Home Tour on Sunday, April 2 are still available for $25.

Tampa’s Old Seminole Heights is one of the Bay area’s most sought-after places to call home—and we don’t need to tell you how the current market has more or less made home ownership there, and pretty much everywhere else in the city, impossible to attain. Still, the houses are historic, quaint and just overall fun to look at.

This guided tour organized by one of the city’s most active neighborhood associations lets you into some of the houses, businesses and a couple of secret pocket parks. There are three time slots and they fill up quickly.
