Sparkman Wharf is blowing out its very first birthday cake candle this month with a ton of events. Although the crowds have thinned out ever so slightly, the Sparkman hype is still strong at Tampa's favorite outdoor "Top Chef Playground" (which has announced plans to expand, by the way).
By early 2020, Sparkman Wharf — located at 615 Channelside Dr. — will include more food concepts including Semolina and a Free the Cork wine bar. Until then, make sure to pack your sunscreen and brace yourself for the crowds at one of the hottest concepts in Tampa Bay — literally and figuratively.
