The outdoor event is expected to host nearly 100,000 guests who come to enjoy art vendors, crafts and live entertainment.
The festival will be exhibiting artists competing for $60,000 in prize money.
Family-friendly activities for kids are stationed around the park.
The event is free to attend; bring money for vendors, food and drink.
Running from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. on Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday.
