The podcasting business is good, and the Straz Center has been doing a great job of bringing in some of the best programs to record episodes live in Tampa Bay. The latest installment finds the comedic 85 South Show parking the bus at Morsani Hall, where its hosts — DC Young Fly, Chico Bean and former Nick Cannon nemesis Karlous Miller — will do improv and freestyle.
Recent live shows have featured the hosts clowning on each other and dishing insider dirt, but they’ve also peppered in references to a city’s local hip-hop scene into the show’s trademark humor.
