Brett Andress, owner of The Ale and the Witch — a pub popular for its variety of craft beers, nestled in courtyard of downtown St. Pete's Tower Plaza — grew up in New Jersey, "off Exit 4 of the turnpike, he says. Andress' family and friends still live there, and the shore was his summer escape every year.
