You already know about all the wild food you can eat there this year, but the Florida State Fair is so much more than its gastronomic wonders.

From the Wall of Death motorcycle show, to the midway, shows, livestock and more, the fair kicks off Thursday and parks in Tampa for 12 days of fun.

It opens on 11 a.m. Monday-Thursday, and 10 a.m. Friday-Sunday (and President’s Day). It’ll cost you to get in and for rides (armbands start at $35). Anyone not older than 18 years old must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian.

Tickets for the Florida State Fair happening in Tampa Feb. 6-17 start at $7.
