To kickoff the year, 31-year-old Skatepark of Tampa ramped up its four-hour, girls meetup & skate session reserved for non-men, who are welcome to come to the park on the last Saturday of every month to skate on their own, or get tips from experienced local skaters who will be on hand to offer guidance to anyone who wants it.
Skaters of all ages will also have access to an air-conditioned room for unwinding and hanging out, plus free lunch and contests provided by SPoT, which added a women’s bracket to its pro contest in 2020.
