The season drives this latest installment of True Stories, which invites Tampa Bay storytellers to share their favorite tales about summertime (mine's snacking on watermelon in between cannonballs). Here's how the monthly storytelling show works: If your name gets drawn from the "fuckit bucket," you've got five minutes to recite your narrative on the covered patio of Hawthorne Bottle Shoppe. Organizers recommend preparing your first and last sentences, then improvising the rest — and bring your friends, too, as the story with the most votes is crowned the winner. The evening's featured teller is Robert Reed.
